Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a gift card through email. Shipping charges cannot be refunded since they are charged by a third party. Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Turnaround Time

We ship all items within 1-4 days. Does not include Saturday's, Sunday's or any Federal Holiday. Orders are not shipped until all credit card information has been processed and cleared. Usual delivery time is 4-5 days. If you need it quicker than that, please let us know! 

In store pickup is available for anyone local. Please select this option in the drop down menu when checking out. Items are ready for pickup within 24 hours.
