Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Family Reunion, Work Parties, Retirement Party

• Rental Fee: $200 for a 4-hour rental period. This includes tables, chairs, and linens.
• Setup and Cleanup: All setup and cleanup must be completed within the 4-hour rental period.
• Additional Time: If more than 4 hours are needed, extra time is available at a rate of $50 per hour. Please inform us in advance if additional time will be required.
• Rental Agreement Requirement: At the time of booking, all clients will be required to review and sign a Rental Space Agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, ensuring that all policies, rules, and guidelines are understood and adhered to.
• Saturday events must take place after 4pm.

Medium (40-65 people) : $700

Large (65-100 people) : $1000

Tables:
